Most Disliked

Despite the many positives, some diners express concerns about the limited seating, especially during peak hours. This frequently results in longer waiting times on busy weekends like Saturday mornings, when the café often reaches full capacity. Others mention that while the food is delicious, it can sometimes take a bit longer than expected to arrive during rush hours, leading to some impatience. A few patrons also note that the café might benefit from more extensive menu options to cater to diverse dietary preferences, especially for lunch items. Additionally, concerns about parking availability during peak times can be a hassle for visitors coming in by car.

Me and my son had time to kill so decided to go get some breakfast. Nice and chill spot in Waipahu, lots of uncles and aunties just chill and talking story. Has a really nice diner vibe and with the open kitchen more fun. Service was fast and friendly, food came out nice and hot and the waitress is very helpful. Would definitely come back and try out different dishes.

Forget Starbucks! Perfectly cooked eggs! Great coffee. This is a rare classic American Diner with Hawaiian music on the radio which reminds you that you are in fact in Hawaii. If it weren’t for the music, it feels like a perfect East Coast diner. Not fancy but comfortable, cozy and friendly. Would eat here again if in the area.

Amazing food for a very good price. It’s a small local cafe. We came early in the morning and all locals were dining there. The fried rice omelette was delicious and the banana pancakes has nice pieces of banana and tasted delish. Would definitely eat here again.

OMG I Love Rocky's!!! The fried rice omelet is to die for. Pair that with a short stack of banana pancakes for breakfast and you are in a food coma till noon. But loving every minute of it. I went to Rocky's when it was next door. I loved looking at the little scraps of notes near the register, the checklist near the take out window, the bar stools. The new place is a little bigger, and the people, food and atmosphere is still fantastic. This is one of those family institutions that needs to keep going. It makes you feel at home, it makes you happy just being there. Oh, and if you have a few minutes after your meal, go wander through the fish market and shops next door at the Waipahu Festival Marketplace.

Home cooked meal! Best way to describe it! The aunties will take care of you! I suggest you order for takeout since the place has limited seating and a long wait time, nevertheless, the breakfast is definitely so ono! Get that fried rice omelette with a side of something! Best breakfast in Waipahu by far!

This is one of those nostalgic coffee shops that's tried and true. The Aunties there are super nice and the food is consistently good! They close by 11:30 a.m. I had the fried rice omlette with green onions. So ono!
